Cycle conditions

The duty the plant is contracted to see, from Table 1 and section 6 of 9915-370-102-PVM-W-053. Cycle counts are totals over the design life, not per year, and the annual equivalent cycle count driving the projection is derived from them.

Exposure and service history

Years already in service is the most influential single field: while it is zero, remaining life is quoted from an undamaged condition rather than from today.

Advancedstatus limits, thresholds and projection rules

Thresholds are derived from the design document's own load-case sums. Changing them changes when the health score loses points.

Excel round-trip

The workbook mirrors the input block on the Output sheet of Rainflow_Calculator.xlsm and extends it with tags, design pressure and temperature, limits, exposure and cycle conditions. It goes through the same validator as the table, so the two cannot disagree.

Review before saving

Writes the configuration files and reloads the engines.
